How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Depending on the terrain and load, our high-capacity lithium-ion batteries typically provide a range of 40 to 60 miles per charge.
Do the bikes come pre-assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide detailed video tutorials and all necessary tools to complete the final assembly in approximately 30-45 minutes.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a comprehensive 2-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on all electrical components, including the motor and battery.
Are the family e-bikes safe for carrying children?
Safety is our priority. Our bikes feature integrated rear racks, optional safety rails, 5-point harness compatibility, and hydraulic disc brakes for superior stopping power.
What is your shipping and return policy?
We offer free shipping across the continental US. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike within 14 days of delivery, provided it has less than 10 miles on the odometer.
