At Cargo E Bike for Sale, we want your family to ride with confidence and joy. If your new bicycle or cargo accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Bicycle

  Carefully repack the e-bike in its original heavy-duty packaging, ensuring all tools, batteries, and chargers are securely included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the crate and schedule a freight pickup or drop it off at an authorized sports equipment carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bicycle's condition and odometer reading, we will process your full refund minus applicable restocking fees to your original payment method.
